Senseforce

Client: Senseforce, Austria

“I worked with Bronwen over the course of several months on a complex copywriting brief and she tackled it head on. Not only did she deliver great work she also understood my needs, our time restrictions and our market, adapting her style accordingly. She slotted into the team perfectly, she brought with her a new exciting energy and exceptionally valid experience. ”

Michael Breidenbrücker, Entrepreneur

Senseforce, led by Austrian start-up entrepreneur Michael Breidenbruecker, developed edge computing software for the Industry 4.0 that allows companies in the machine industry to undergo a digital transformation. The team have created the most usable and powerful data toolkit for their clients that enables them to realise the potential of their data, diversify products and services and to lead in their sector.

The Challenges:
There is nothing simple about Senseforce.  Technology start-ups that offer clients a complex and relatively new product or service are often up against the huge challenge of how to explain something so complex to the largest possible audience.

Added to this was establishing who the customers were and what the different audiences need to hear. The core client base of Senseforce are machine engineers and technology experts, meaning you could never patronise or dumb down the products, but you still had to attract new potential customers with limited understanding of edge computing.  I was asked to write all the content, creating a 6 month project in total of over 700 hours.

The work:
Working closely with Michael Breidenbruecker I underwent an emersion process. From this process I then went on to rollout a total content delivery plan and project time line and the three clearly defined user groups that all fed into a larger sales and marketing strategy. Central to this activity was the website text and its image content.

The Results:
Increased market share, growth and confidence. Working to this plan with the team, external agencies and Senseforce partners I went on to deliver content across multiple platforms to the identified separate users groups, delivering a complete website on time and on brief.  The language choices explored and highlighted the product stack to support sales activity and the company hosted a hugely successful event, drawing together all the communication tools.

Since the website launch in July 2019 Senseforce has gone from strength to strength, supporting its clients to evolve and the industry as a whole through the recent covid crisis.
